Since 2012, the ABA has called for attorneys to keep abreast of changes in technology and how these changes impact the legal practice. What technologies can help attorneys keep pace with increasing client demands? How do they integrate with practice technologies used today? And what are their advantages and drawbacks?

Speaker Information Samuel Berbano won criminal appeals for wrongfully-convicted defendants, broadcast college basketball games from courtside seats, and taught a seminar on community and technology. He was born in Ames, Iowa and attended preschool, graduate school, and grad school at Iowa State. He stayed in Iowa to graduate from law school at Drake. After joining the Iowa Bar in 2013, Samuel joined Thomson Reuters in the Twin Cities. As an Academic Account Manager, Samuel trains legal researchers at ten schools between Indiana and Pittsburgh.
