Michael Hattery, a rising 3L at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, is the winner of the 2017 National Sports Law Student Writing Competition sponsored by Marquette University Law School.
He won the award for his article, “Major League Baseball Players, Big Data, and the Right to Know: The Duty of Major League Baseball Teams to Disclose Health Modeling Analysis to Their Players.” Hattery is an associate editor of Health-Matrix
, the Law School’s prestigious Health Law journal.
