Contact the Human Trafficking Law Clinic

Because of the student-supervision model of the Human Trafficking Law Clinic at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, we are limited in how many matters we can take on at a given time, and all potential clients are required to consent to students representing them (under clinical faculty supervision).

Cases are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for sex and labor trafficking survivors who live in Ohio and are seeking assistance with a variety of civil law matters including: expungement/record sealing, name change, gender marker correction, protection order, identity theft assistance, child support modification, dissolution, warrant identification, debt negotiation, and social security application and hearings.

If you think you have a matter that the clinic may be able to help you with, please email lawclinic@case.edu. A student will reach out in order to conduct an intake as soon as possible.
