Fall and Spring Interview Programs
Each year, the CSO coordinates interviews with over 400 employers from across the U.S.  These employers participate in various aspects of either the Fall or Spring Interview Programs. These interview programs include five different components: (1) On Campus Interviews; (2) Early Interview Week in August; (3) Off Campus Interview Programs in Chicago, New York City, Washington, D.C., New England, and Southern California; (4) Resume Collect; and (5) Resume Direct.

Individual Student Counseling
We understand that students seek specific, individualized information regarding their employment searches rather than general information on career development.  The CSO has responded to this need by hiring experienced career counseling professionals, including five attorneys as professional staff, to counsel students and provide them with practical job search advice.  These experienced CSO counselors maintain and open door policy and are always available for individual counseling sessions.

Programming
Throughout the academic year, the CSO conducts an extensive range of career-related panel discussions, presentations, receptions and workshops covering a wide range of topics including interviewing skills, nontraditional careers, susbtantive practice overviews, and exploring job opportunities outside of Cleveland.  Alumni, faculty, and non-alumni leaders present important career information to our students through numerous speaking engagements and networking opportunities throughout the school year.

Job Postings
The CSO maintains a searchable database through Symplicity of current legal and alternative employment opportunities across the U.S. and abroad for students and alumni of Case Schoo of Law.  We develop these postings by contacting employers through in-person firm visits, mailings, and telephone calls.
