Case Western Reserve Law Review

The Case Western Reserve Law Review is a student edited, scholarly publication dealing with subjects of general interest in the legal profession. The Law Review publishes one volume per year. Each volume consists of four individual issues.

In addition to the publication of general interest issues, the Law Review publishes topic-specific symposia. The Law Review welcomes questions, comments, and the participation of the law school and greater legal communities. Please feel free to contact our Executive Board. 

MISSION STATEMENT
1. Publish a scholarly journal that is engaging, timely, and influential.
2. Train members to effectively write, edit, and evaluate legal scholarship.
3. Create an environment that is both enjoyable and educational.
4. Promote the reputation of the Law Review and the Law School.
